You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted to AussieMigrate are accurate, complete, truthful, and up to date. If the information submitted is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or outdated, the resulting evaluation, recommendations, and any subsequent services may also be inaccurate or unsuitable. We are not responsible for any assessment, recommendation, or outcome resulting from such information. AI-generated evaluations are intended for preliminary informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, migration advice, or regulated immigration assistance under Australian law.
Where a customer proceeds with regulated immigration assistance, any professional advice or representation will be provided separately by an appropriately appointed Australian registered migration agent or Australian legal practitioner in accordance with the applicable Retainer Agreement.
Where required by applicable law or professional obligations, we will obtain any necessary consent before personal information is processed using AI systems by an appointed migration professional.
